CIP/Cleaning

Mobile Cleaning-In-Place unit Mobiclean

Available in Food or Pharmaceutical versions, the Mobiclean Cleaning-In-Place unit bring you an immediate, lower cost but flexible solution to clean new or existing process equipment.

These mobile units are intended to be sited nearby the process vessels or piping network to be cleaned. Their manual control allows for very simply control by an operator, but as an option an automatic version is also available.


Multiple-tanks Cleaning In Place Units Multiclean

The Cleaning-In-Place unit Multiclean™ is perfectly adapted to the Food industries for the cleaning-in-place of multiple equipment items located across several process rooms. These units comprise of several vertical tanks (Capacity range of the tanks from 4 000 up to 20 000 l). They are running in Re-Use mode.

Reproducibility and traceability of the CIP cycles.

Our design integrates all the recommendations of the Food industry norms and standards such as: EHEDG, 3A and FDA. The complete automation of these units ensures reliability and traceability of operations, reproducibility of the CIP cycles and control of all cleaning parameters.

These systems provide full traceability of the step operations through dedicated « Audit-Trail » and Batch report modules utilizing a SQL database.


 

Cleaning In Place Units Opticlean

The Cleaning-In-Place unit type Opticlean™ is perfectly adapted to the Food industries for the cleaning-in-place of multiple items of process equipment sited in a localized process room. These compact units comprise of one multiple-compartment horizontal tank (Capacity range of the compartments 1500-1800-2000l) and multiple supply-return lines (in general 2 or 3). They are running in Re-Use mode.
